Project Manager– Civil, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Civil and MEP (Mechanical/Electrical) systems to oversee and support our construction projects in Kollam and Trivandrum. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of the project . Key Responsibilities (Civil):

Project Planning and Management: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and budgeting ensuring alignment with project timelines .

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the overall design and to meet all technical requirements.

Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress , identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Documentation and Compliance: Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and QAQC checklist.

Key Responsibilities (MEP):

Project Planning and Management: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of MEP systems  ensuring alignment with project timelines .

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall design and meet all technical requirements.

Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of MEP installations, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Documentation and Compliance: Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all MEP activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

Education:

Project Manager Civil - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Project Manager MEP - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing commercial projects.

Willingness to relocate within South India to manage various projects as required.
