Quantity Surveyor

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct joint measurements with clients, contractors, and site teams. Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills, final bills, and support all billing-related documentation. Verify quantities from drawings, BOQs, site measurements, and work progress. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for measurement confirmation. Maintain accurate records of measurements, material consumption, and work executed. Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up with clients for certification and approvals. Handle payment follow-ups, documentation, and update billing status regularly. Analyze project costs, track budget vs. actuals, and highlight discrepancies. Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and assist in tendering when required. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies. Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. 2–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out / civil construction. Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing procedures, RA bills, and measurement methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and measurement sheets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across different sites. Preferred AttributesExperience working with interior design or turnkey construction companies. Strong sense of ownership, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to work closely with clients and handle on-site coordination.
