Job Description

We're now on the lookout for a Quantitative Intern to join our lean and brilliant team to help build the next generation of decentralized financial infrastructure. What You’ll Work On Assist in developing, testing, and optimizing trading strategies using real-time and historical market data Conduct data analysis, build models, and support research for derivatives pricing, risk, and performance Collaborate with engineering and research teams to validate and backtest quant models Research and interpret complex financial instruments, especially in crypto options, futures, and perpetuals Help us analyze and interpret user behavior, market structure, and liquidity data Stay up to date with crypto markets, DeFi trends, and algorithmic trading techniques What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and quantitative background – ideally pursuing or holding a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or similar Knowledge of financial derivatives, with a strong interest in crypto and trading Willingness to learn, iterate, and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment Candidates from top IITs will be preferred Why Syndr?
