Role Description

Quantitative Developer

API development, system engineering, and quantitative coding

• Building and integrating trading/data APIs (REST, WebSocket, FIX)
• Developing scalable, low-latency systems for live strategy execution
• Collaborating with quants to convert research into production-ready code
• Maintaining and optimising backtesting/live trading infrastructure
• Conducting quantitative analysis to refine trading strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in 

  Python, C++ or Java

• Experience with 

  APIs

   and 

  system design concepts

   (concurrency, networking, distributed systems)
• Solid understanding of 

  mathematics, statistics, and quantitative finance

• Knowledge of 

  databases and Linux environments

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

  Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering

  , or a related field

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in 

  financial markets, backtesting systems, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

• Familiarity with trading infrastructure and automation pipelines
