Position: Quantitative Developer – AI & Trading Strategies

Role Overview

Quantitative Developer

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Backtesting:
Create and refine algorithmic trading strategies using historical market data.
Quantitative Research:
Analyze financial data to identify trends and build predictive models.
Data Automation & Processing:
Manage and automate data pipelines for efficient strategy development.
Risk & Performance Optimization:
Incorporate risk-adjusted metrics into model design to ensure robust execution.
Collaboration with AI Teams:
Integrate machine learning models into trading systems in partnership with AI engineers.

What We’re Looking For

Strong foundation in
mathematics, statistics, and probability
Proficiency in
Python
(NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, SciPy); familiarity with
Pine Script
is a plus
Understanding of
trading systems and market microstructure
Experience with
backtesting frameworks
such as Backtrader, Zipline, or QuantConnect
Analytical mindset with strong
problem-solving skills
and a willingness to learn rapidly

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with
broker APIs
(e.g., Zerodha, Interactive Brokers)
Experience working with
SQL/NoSQL databases
or cloud-based data platforms
Exposure to
machine learning models
applied to financial forecasting
