Position: Quant Developer Kaizen| Low Latency Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement efficient code for low latency, high throughput trading and research systems.
• Build systems that provide seamless and highly efficient access to historical market data and trading simulations.
• Develop, augment, and calibrate exchange simulators.
• Collaborate with traders and senior developers globally to understand trading challenges and deliver scalable software solutions.
• Build risk-management and performance-tracking tools.
• Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies in high-performance computing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience

  in the finance industry preferred.
• Strong software development background in

  C++

  (demonstrated through coursework, projects, or open-source contributions).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in

  Computer Science or related field

  .
• Knowledge of

  Linux

  operating systems.
• Proficiency in

  C/C++ and Python

  .
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a

  fast-paced environment

  .
• Willingness to handle responsibilities ranging from small fixes to major system development.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
