Quality - Mechanical - FQA

1) Job Purpose: Write the purpose for which the job exists (in 2-3 lines) ( Max 1325 Characters) The Field Quality Manager will be fully responsible to ensure QA in entire construction site during the project execution including material supply quality (at site) & execution quality. On Site FQA representatives will report to FQ Manager for day-to-day Quality compliance & issues captured. He will be responsible for ensuring the correction & corrective action is in place and provide technical support & advise to execution team and have effective closure in place 4) Key Result Areas: Write the key results expected from the job and the supporting actions for each of these key result areas (For a majority of jobs typically there could be 4- 7 key result areas)- Maximum 10 KRAs can be updated Key Result Areas ( Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions ( Max 1325 Characters) Construction Quality Audit Periodic Audits for control to achieve desired quality as per spec. Non-Compliance Reporting Timely escalation of the pending issues, ensuring timely support & closure Continuous Improvement Improvement in construction process to reduce rework, rejections.
