Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Manager role located in Gurugram. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance processes, developing and implementing quality management systems, and ensuring that all products meet global quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, training staff, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with the production team to address any quality issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quality data
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
