Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data and product related quality and report findings to management, including trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformities in products or processes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to establish quality benchmarks and testing protocols for new products.
• Assist in the development of training programs for employees on quality standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a risk management framework for product quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advances in quality engineering practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, KAIZEN etc.) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis (RCA), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with documentation and quality management systems (QMS).
• Excellence in MS Excel and Advance Excel.
