Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager, located in Jamnagar. The Quality Manager will oversee and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet established standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, analyzing quality performance data, training staff on quality procedures, and collaborating with production teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and developing quality systems
Experience in conducting audits, analyzing performance metrics, and driving improvements
Strong leadership, team collaboration, and staff training capabilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, precision components, and industry standards
Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
Familiarity with ISO certifications and regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector, is highly desirable
