Quality Manager – (Mobile PV Solar Lab)

Position: Quality Manager – Operation of Mobile PV Laboratory

Location: Delhi

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

• 3-4 years of experience working in a PV testing laboratory.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage NABL accreditation assessments for the mobile PV laboratory.

Prepare, maintain, and control NABL documentation and laboratory records.

Analyze I-V curves and Electroluminescence (EL) images of PV modules.

Coordinate with customers during testing activities and address technical queries.

Identify and resolve technical issues in the testing laboratory.

Prepare detailed test reports and perform test data analysis.

Coordinate with OEMs to resolve equipment-related technical issues.

Ensure annual calibration and compliance of all laboratory equipment.

Address and resolve customer-reported technical issues promptly.

Plan, conduct, and participate in Inter-Laboratory Comparisons (ILC) as per NABL guidelines.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

3-4 years of experience working in a PV testing laboratory.

Hands-on experience with NABL audits and accreditation processes.

Proven experience in troubleshooting Solar Simulators and EL Testers.

Training & Certification:

Certified 4-day training in ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Certified 2-day training on Measurement Uncertainty calculation.

Standards Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of IEC 61215-2:2016.

Strong understanding of ISO/IEC TS 60904-13.

Comprehensive knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Strong working knowledge of IEC/ISO 60904 series.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of PV module technology, manufacturing processes, testing methods, and BOM items.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance of PV testing equipment.

Experience in ILC planning and participation in compliance with NABL requirements.

Expertise in Electroluminescence (EL) testing and EL image analysis.

Hands-on experience with Solar (Sun) Simulators.

Knowledge of EL inspection criteria for PV modules.

Proficiency in I-V Curve Tracers and performance analysis.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
