### **Job Responsibilities:**

* Prepare 8D (CAPA) reports to analyze and correct quality issues.

* Create PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.

* Develop APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) documents.

* Generate and manage PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) and RMTC (Raw Material Test Certificate) reports.

* Implement and maintain Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) systems in the plant.

* Conduct and manage layered audits.

* Monitor and maintain MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics.

* Utilize SolidWorks or similar software for quality-related activities.

* Ensure compliance with IATF standards and maintain required documentation.

### **Key Skills & Knowledge Required:**

* Proficient in preparing PPAP, APQP, 8D reports, and other quality documentation.

* Strong understanding of quality systems and tools including Poka-Yoke, MTTR, MTBF.

* Knowledge and hands-on experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.

* Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards and documentation.

* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Attention to detail and organizational skills.repare supplier quality plans.

Monitor KPIs/PPM.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives.

Training:

Conduct QMS procedure & quality tool trainings.

Management Review:

Prepare and present KPIs and quality reports.

5. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.

Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 (preferred).

Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma (added advantage).

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong documentation & attention-to-detail.

Good communication & cross-functional collaboration ability.

Skilled in quality management software & MS Office (Excel strongly preferred).

6. Salary

₹30,000/32,000 per month
