The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control and assurance processes within the textile production environment. Key daily tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting quality audits, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for training staff on quality standards and procedures, addressing customer complaints regarding quality issues, and maintaining thorough documentation of quality control activities. Qualifications Proven experience in Quality Management and Quality Control Strong understanding of textile industry standards and processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and team leadership abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Textile Engineering, or related field Familiarity with ISO and other relevant quality certifications is a plus
