Quality Manager

As a Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Coordinator, your role will involve consulting with administrative and medical staff managers, department heads, and critical committees to finalize and advance the NABH goals. You will assess institutional/departmental readiness and develop strategies to achieve these goals under the guidance of the Patient Safety and Quality Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that quality improvement and innovation efforts align with patient-centeredness, staff vitality, process efficiency, waste reduction, and safe patient care objectives. - Developing processes, systems, and procedures for upcoming hospital departments during the commissioning phase, including policies, procedures, and manuals based on NABH standards. - Identifying gaps, creating action plans, and monitoring the hospital's compliance status. - Coordinating with the project team to address infrastructural requirements based on NABH guidelines. - Collaborating with the head office to revise forms and formats according to the hospital's services and customize them as necessary. - Providing training to medical staff, patients, and housekeeping staff in alignment with NABH standards. - Designing committees and mock drill teams to enhance patient safety protocols. - Formulating, implementing, and supervising infection prevention and risk management programs. - Coordinating improvement activities to ensure successful accrediting, licensing, and certification surveys. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in consulting and collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to enhance patient services and achieve NABH goals effectively.
