Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor bed availability and update records in real-time.
Serve as the point of contact for doctors, nurses, patients, and families.
Liaise with housekeeping, security, pharmacy, diagnostics, and transport departments to ensure timely services.
Handle patient grievances and escalate unresolved issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient logs, reports, and shift handovers.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards on the floor.
Ensure availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment.
Assist in emergency protocols and coordinate during code situations .
Support new staff with orientation and floor protocols.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
