Degree: M.Sc. – Microbiology/Food Technology from a Premier Institute

Strong knowledge of Food Safety and quality regulations

Proven leadership ability and desire to drive change and remain focused on continuous improvement Understands how to get things done

Key Skills:

Strong Communication & Influencing Skills, negotiation skill, people management, problem solving, decision making, self-reliant

Minimum number of years’ experience in a similar position:

10+ years of experience in Quality Leadership position in Fermentation/Food with the knowledge of microbial (yeast) culture development, isolation, identification, chemical analysis, RM/PM analysis and Food safety

Experience :

Strong managerial skills, a true team player, proven experience on manufacturing plant operation.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships, both internal and external

Strong understanding of FSSAI Rules & Regulations
