Job Title: Quality Head

Reports To: Medical Director / CEO / Management

Job Summary:

The Quality Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance programs, policies, and standards across the organization. The role ensures compliance with NABH/ISO/Statutory requirements, enhances patient safety, improves clinical and non-clinical processes, and drives a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with NABH/ISO accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and quality reviews.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze quality indicators, KPIs, and patient safety goals.
• Coordinate training programs for staff on quality, safety, and accreditation requirements.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Monitor patient feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys; ensure timely redressal.
• Collaborate with all departments to standardize policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Present quality reports and improvement plans to management.
• Drive initiatives for continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• Certification in NABH/ISO/Internal Auditing preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare quality.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards, clinical governance, and patient safety.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
