Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, implement & maintain robust systems for ensuring product and process quality
Define & monitor quality standards, tolerances, and specifications aligned with buyer protocols
Lead, train, and ,mentor the QA team to build technical competencies and drive performance
Ensure discipline, workflow management, and smooth daily functioning of the QA department
Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
Maintain strong relationships with production teams, suppliers, and buyers to ensure quality expectations are consistently met.
Conduct product performance evaluation, bench-marking, and reliability studies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production and R&D teams
Ensure strict compliance with buyer requirements, certification, and ensure organizational readiness at all times
Analyze recurring quality issues, identify root causes, and establish effective corrective & preventive action plans
Use data - driven approaches to reduce rejections, wastages, and improve first-time-right quality
Support organizational projects and initiatives as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with relevant experience in textile/garment/ garment accessories/yarn manufacturing industry
