Purpose of Job :-

As a Quality Engineer at Techno Control, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes, conduct inspections and tests, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication on the status of Material and Priority check list to all divisions
• Manage Concerns related to quality for any product
• ERP Entries for all incoming material in QC
• Customer Complaint/Rejection update in the system
• Manage Customer Complaints
• Test Report Creation for final reports of the customer
• Supplier Test Certificate Checking
• Press Graph Review
• Cable Checking Machine Management
• Calibration of all equipment and machines
• Managing all documents of QC and Calibrations
• Quartely assessment of Testing for parts as per Quality Plan

Skills:

• MS Office, Auto Cad, Creo, ERP, Audit Management, 7QC Tools, 8 D, 5S, Kaizen, Pokayoke, Quality Circles, CAPA
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.
• Experience with product testing and inspection methods, including dimensional inspection, functional testing, and reliability testing. 
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Quality

Note: Local candidates are strongly preferred.
