Quality Engineer - Manual & Automation

Join Our Team as a QA Engineer (Manual and Automation Testing) – Ensure Quality Excellence Across Projects

MSBC Group is seeking a skilled and proactive QA Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. This role goes beyond executing test cases—you will be a quality advocate, ensuring the reliability, performance, and consistency of deliverables across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and support our mission of delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases/scripts based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent behavior.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports, etc.).
• Support deployment activities, including pre- and post-deployment validations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar.
• Experience with scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript (based on the framework).
• Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured, etc.
• Experience in bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
