Quality Engineer II

As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective quality engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.In this role, you will impact the success of our site transition/NPI projects by identifying and addressing quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Your expertise in quality methodologies and tools will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing our overall product quality.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and manage quality engineering activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance quality processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Perform supplier quality assessments and audits.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve quality-related issues.
• Drive the implementation of quality metrics and monitor performance.
• Facilitate internal audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  

Qualifications

You Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
