Quality Engineer

Experience: 02 to 05 year

Qualification: B.E/DME

Job Target –

Inspection & Testing

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Use measuring and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, spectrometers).
• Maintain sample records and retain samples as per SOPs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Record test data and inspection results accurately.
• Prepare daily quality reports and notify production of deviations.
• Ensure all quality documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant quality standards.
• Assist during internal and external audits (regulatory or customer-based).
• Identify and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Recommend changes in processes or materials to improve quality or efficiency.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Follow safety protocols while handling materials and equipment.
• Ensure lab cleanliness and proper disposal of test materials.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with quality control tools (e.g., SPC, control charts)
• Knowledge of measurement instruments and laboratory procedures
• Understanding of industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
