Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carry out

  incoming, in-process, and final inspection

  of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Implement and maintain

  ISO documentation procedures

  and ensure compliance during audits.
• Perform

  Level 2 NDT – X-ray inspections

  and prepare relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with

  ASTM and ASME standards

  in quality processes.
• Prepare detailed

  welding inspection and test reports

  as per

  AWS standards

  .
• Evaluate and verify welding processes such as

  TIG Welding

  and

  SMAW

  for compliance.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
• Conduct

  Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  and implement

  Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

  for quality issues.
• Coordinate with production, design, and welding teams for continuous quality improvements.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of

  ISO systems, procedures, and documentation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  ASTM, ASME, and AWS standards

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  NDT (X-ray Level 2)

  .
• Proficiency in

  TIG Welding & SMAW inspection techniques

  .
• Ability to prepare and review

  welding quality reports

  .
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
