Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-process and final inspections of cranes, structural components, and fabricated assemblies.
· Verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards (IS/ISO codes).
· Monitor welding quality, material dimensions, and surface finishing as per QC checklists.
· Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and non-conformance records.
· Implement and monitor quality control procedures across production stages.
· Coordinate with Production and Design teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
· Support in supplier quality assessment and incoming material inspection.
· Ensure proper calibration of inspection tools and measuring instruments.
· Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
· Assist in internal and external quality audits.
· Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance.
· Prepare & Maintain QAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
