1. Product Quality Assurance

• KPI Examples:
• % of batches/products passed on the first QC check.
• Number of customer complaints related to quality.
• Non-conformance rate (NCRs).

• KPI Examples:
• Adherence to ISO, GMP, or other regulatory standards.
• Number of internal or external audit findings.
• Implementation time of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

In-process Quality Control

• KPI Examples:
• Frequency and accuracy of in-process checks.
• Number of reworks or rejections during production.
• Timeliness of QC reports.

Testing and Inspection Efficiency

• KPI Examples:
• Average testing turnaround time.
• % of samples tested within the scheduled time.
• Test accuracy and repeatability.

Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving

• KPI Examples:
• Time taken to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Effectiveness of CAPA implementation.
• Reduction in recurring defects.

Coordination and Communication

• KPI Examples:
• Collaboration effectiveness with production, R&D, and maintenance teams.
• Timely escalation of quality issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
