Production Manager at OneKiraana

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Company: OneKiraana – India’s First Private Labeler for Kiraana Stores

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete production operations for our private label food products

Manage the labeling process and ensure compliance with packaging standards

Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product consistency and safety

Coordinate with packing staff, vendors, and supply chain team

Maintain production records and daily reports using Microsoft Excel

Assist in maintaining inventory flow from raw material to finished goods

Requirements:

Prior experience in food production/packaging or similar domain preferred

Basic understanding of quality control for agro commodities

Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team coordination

Minimum Qualification: HSC or Graduate
