Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure high standards of product quality, process consistency, and compliance across fabrication and assembly operations. The candidate will work closely with production, design, and project teams to maintain Dynemix’s commitment to engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect fabricated components, welds, and assemblies as per approved drawings and quality plans.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, welding procedures, and dimensional accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality documentation, and NCRs.
• Coordinate with vendors for incoming material inspection and quality verification.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Assist in developing and improving quality checklists, procedures, and testing protocols.
• Collaborate with production to ensure continuous improvement in process quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in fabrication, inspection, or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of welding, material standards, and instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
• Familiarity with ISO documentation and QAPs preferred.
• Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
