Quality Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures. Define quality standards and ensure alignment with customer and industry standards (ISO/IATF/AS9100 etc.). Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the QA/QC team including inspectors, analysts, and auditors. Plan training and skill development of quality team members. Process & Product Quality: Monitor and ensure product quality at every stage of production. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Audits & Compliance: Lead internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits). Ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements. Customer Quality Interface: Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Maintain strong relationships with key customer quality representatives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Production, or relevant discipline). 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 7QC tools, SPC, MSA). Experience with QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). Skills Required: Leadership and team management. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Communication and report writing. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA. Proficient in MS Office and Quality Software/ERP.
