Overview We are hiring a dedicated CCTV Surveillance Team to monitor live footage of smoke shops located in the USA from our operations center in India. The team will operate in three 8.5 hour shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage, with each shift comprising 4 CCTV Reviewers, 1 Backup Reviewer, and 1 Supervisor. We seek vigilant, detail-oriented individuals to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency. 2. CCTV Reviewer (Including Backup Reviewer) Responsibilities: - Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage of smoke shops in the USA via remote access. - Identify and document security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or non-compliance with shop policies. - Flag suspicious activities (e.g., unauthorized access, unusual customer behaviour) in real-time. - Maintain detailed logs of observations and incidents using [specified software, e.g., CCTV management tools]. - Coordinate with the Supervisor (if present) or designated point of contact for escalations. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and surveillance regulations. - Support team during shift handovers to ensure continuity. - Backup Reviewer: Cover for absent reviewers or assist during peak monitoring periods.
