Overview We are hiring a dedicated CCTV Surveillance Team to monitor live footage of smoke shops located in the USA from our operations center in India. The team will operate in three 8.5 hour shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage, with each shift comprising 4 CCTV Reviewers, 1 Backup Reviewer, and 1 Supervisor. We seek vigilant, detail-oriented individuals to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency. 2. Roles and Shift Structure - Total Shifts: Three 8.5-hour shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM3:30 PM IST, 3:00 PM11:30 PM IST, 11:00 PM7:30 AM IST, adjustable to USA time zones). - Team per Shift: - 4 CCTV Reviewers: Monitor CCTV footage and report incidents. - 1 Backup Reviewer: Support reviewers during absences or high workload. - 1 Supervisor: Oversee team performance and reporting - Total Staff: - 15 CCTV Reviewers. - 3 Supervisors. 3. CCTV Reviewer (Including Backup Reviewer) Responsibilities: - Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage of smoke shops in the USA via remote access. - Identify and document security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or non-compliance with shop policies. - Flag suspicious activities (e.g., unauthorized access, unusual customer behaviour) in real-time. - Maintain detailed logs of observations and incidents using [specified software, e.g., CCTV management tools]. - Coordinate with the Supervisor (if present) or designated point of contact for escalations. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and surveillance regulations. - Support team during shift handovers to ensure continuity. - Backup Reviewer: Cover for absent reviewers or assist during peak monitoring periods. Qualifications: - Education: Minimum 12th pass; diploma or bachelors degree preferred. - Experience : No Prior experience needed. - Skills: - Strong observation and attention to detail. - Basic computer literacy (CCTV software, MS Office, logging tools). - Good communication skills (English, written and verbal) for reporting. - Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights. 4.CCTV Supervisor Responsibilities: - Oversee the shifts CCTV Reviewers to ensure accurate and timely monitoring. - Review and validate incident reports before escalation to management. - Train and guide team members on surveillance protocols and software usage. - Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance metrics. - Coordinate with USA-based smoke shop management for incident follow-ups. - Ensure compliance with SOPs and data security standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project-Based Staffing & Deployment . Coordinate staffing needs for new and ongoing projects. . Work with project managers to allocate appropriate HR resources. . Assist in onboarding/off boarding project-based staff or contractors. . Maintain a resource pool database for upcoming project requirements. 2. HR Documentation & Compliance . Ensure project teams have the necessary HR documentation (contracts, NDAs, ID proofs, compliance forms). . Support adherence to labour laws, client-specific HR requirements, and internal policies. . Assist in audits and client HR compliance reviews. 3. Employee Support & Coordination . Act as the first point of contact for project team HR queries. .
