Job Profile: HR Coordinator Projects Department: Human Resources / Project Management Office Reports To : Project Manager and/or HR Manager Job Purpose: To coordinate and support HR functions related to project teams, ensuring smooth staffing, compliance, and HR operations throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project-Based Staffing & Deployment . Coordinate staffing needs for new and ongoing projects. . Work with project managers to allocate appropriate HR resources. . Assist in onboarding/off boarding project-based staff or contractors. . Maintain a resource pool database for upcoming project requirements. 2. HR Documentation & Compliance . Ensure project teams have the necessary HR documentation (contracts, NDAs, ID proofs, compliance forms). . Support adherence to labour laws, client-specific HR requirements, and internal policies. . Assist in audits and client HR compliance reviews. 3. Employee Support & Coordination . Act as the first point of contact for project team HR queries. . Track attendance, leaves, and timesheets of project staff. . Support conflict resolution and employee engagement on project sites. 4. HR Reporting for Projects . Prepare project-specific HR reports (e.g., attrition, headcount, timesheet track-ing). . Maintain and update project workforce dashboards. . Coordinate with Head Office to ensure timely receipt of documentation. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination . Liaise between HR, project management, and operations teams. . Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, and training departments to support project needs. . Help to organize training or skill development based on project demands. Key Skills and Competencies: . Strong coordination and multitasking skills . Knowledge of project HR operations and labour laws . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities . Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and project tools . Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Educational Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi Experience: . 24 years of HR experience, preferably in a project-based environment . Experience working with cross-functional or geographically distributed teams is an advantage Location: - Thane Job Time: - 09.30PM to 06.30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off, Sunday weekly off) Salary: - Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 Benefits: Provident Fund, Paid Leaves, (Food Allowance, Transportation Charges, Hotel Rent when going to outside work)
