About the Role

HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
attendance & leave management
for apprenticeship trainees and employees.
Support
onboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination
.
Help in
recruitment activities
sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
Coordinate
Learning & Development programs
and maintain training records.
Ensure compliance with
NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs
and maintain related documentation.
Assisting in
employee engagement activities
and other engagement initiatives.
Prepare
HR MIS reports
, dashboards, and compliance trackers using
Advanced Excel & Power BI
.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of
HR operations
and compliance basics.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
,
PowerPoint
, and
Power BI
for dashboards and analytics.
Ability to create
interactive dashboards
,
corporate presentations
, and
training content
.
Good communication and organizational skills.
(Preferred) Knowledge of
AI tools
and
workflow automation
platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in HR, Management, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR operations.
