Job Title: Senior Project Engineer CP System (Cathodic Protection) Job Summary The Senior Project Engineer CP System will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful completion of Cathodic Protection (CP) projects for pipelines, tanks, structures, and related assets. The role involves technical supervision, project control, site management, and coordination with clients, subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Management • • • • Plan, execute, and monitor CP projects (pipeline CP, tank CP, grounding, and earthing systems). Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and method statements. Ensure timely completion of projects as per contract specifications and timelines. Monitor project progress, manpower, and material utilization at site. Technical Responsibilities • • • Implementation of CP systems (ICCP & Sacrificial Anode systems). Supervise installation of anodes, test posts, junction boxes, rectifiers, and cabling. Ensure compliance with applicable standards (NACE / AMPP, ISO, ASTM, and client specifications). Coordination & Communication • • • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. Attend project meetings and technical discussions with clients. Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials and services. Quality, Safety & Compliance • • • Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures. Implement and monitor HSE practices at site. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Documentation & Reporting • • • Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, BOQs, and reports. Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and measurement sheets. Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, and final project documentation for handover. Team Leadership • • Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors. Allocate tasks and monitor performance of site teams. Qualifications & Experience • • • BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical, Corrosion Engineering or related field 7-8 years of experience in CP system projects, preferably in oil & gas, pipeline, or infrastructure sectors. NACE / AMPP CP certification (CP Level 2 or above) preferred. Skills & Competencies • • • • • Strong knowledge of Cathodic Protection systems and corrosion control. Project planning and site management skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • • • • Timely completion of CP projects Quality and compliance of installations Safety performance at site Client satisfaction Location: On site Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, Stay, Food allowance, Provident Fund Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 (Depend on Qualification / experience or interview) EXPERIENCE IN CATHODIC PROTECTION SHALL BE PREFERRED
