*Job Summary*

We are seeking a Quantity cum Billing Engineer with strong expertise in quantity estimation, rate analysis, and client billing for civil construction projects. The candidate should possess sound technical knowledge of project drawings, BOQ preparation, and site coordination to ensure cost control and timely billing.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Prepare and verify quantities, BOQs, and rate analysis for all civil and structural works.

* Manage client and subcontractor billing, including RA Bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.

* Verify measurements, drawings, and site data for billing accuracy.

* Coordinate with the Planning, Procurement, and Site Execution teams for smooth project operations.

* Maintain cost control records, work order logs, and material consumption reports.

* Review and certify subcontractor bills and ensure compliance with contract terms.

* Support project closure documentation and financial reconciliation.

* Track project progress and provide accurate billing projections.

* Ensure compliance with company billing policies and project timelines.

*Skills & Competencies*

* Excellent knowledge of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing procedures.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems.

* Understanding of CPWD/State PWD specifications and IS codes.

* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

*Qualifications*

* B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* 8–10 years of proven experience in quantity estimation and billing for construction projects.
