AyataCommerce are looking to hire a QA with an extensive background testing web applications. Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and tenacity are key to us delivering to a high quality. Strong basics of Manual Testing and Process of Manual Testing Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and strategies. Manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations. Define and maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to define testing requirements. Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems. Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Monitor and report on quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of defects. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Research and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities. Requirements Experience : 3+yrs Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured UI Automation Frameworks (Selenium with Cucumber BDD Framework or Cypress or WebDriver IO or Any other tool) Proficiency with Java or Python Show more Show less
