QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER(HELMET/PVC/POLYMER)

Key responsibilities

Quality management strategy: Develop and implement the overall quality control strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to align with business objectives.

Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the quality control department, including inspectors, technicians, and other staff, to achieve high performance.

System implementation: Design and enforce quality control systems to monitor and evaluate product or service quality throughout the production lifecycle.

Compliance and auditing: Ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet or exceed national, international, and industry-specific regulatory standards

Process improvement: Analyze quality data and customer feedback to identify and resolve quality issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.

Reporting: Track and report on key quality metrics (KPIs) and performance to senior management.

Supplier management: Establish and monitor quality requirements for raw materials and components from suppliers.

Investigation and resolution: Lead the investigation and resolution of product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production, engineering, and supply chain, to embed a culture of quali.

Should have knowledge and Experience in getting product certification with full responsibility..

Should have knowledge about BIS/EN/ANSI (Standard As per Requirement).

Should have the Departmental Knowledge of Quality of each and every component and to make quality of each product to be design the parameter as per specific standard to be required..

To have knowledge about all standard of Mechanical Testing equipment require to keep the quality at its best..

To be able to guide under him and get result as per quality standard..

Should have knowledge about ISO Proceeding to be maintaining in the shop floor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
