Quality Inspector – Textile Packaging Products

Mumbai

Main tasks:

•Conduct in-process and final quality inspections at supplier sites (Mumbai & Vapi).

•Ensure compliance with product and packaging quality standards.

•Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

•Maintain inspection reports, quality documentation, and testing records.

•Collaborate with production, sourcing, and procurement teams to address quality issues.

•Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and internal quality protocols.

•Travel as required to vendor or client locations for inspections or audits.

Required Skills:

•Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology, Packaging, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

•2–5 years of experience in quality inspection within fabric / textile-based Products.

• knowledge of paper packaging processes will be an added advantage.

•Strong understanding of packaging standards, material testing, and QC procedures.

•Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

•Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-based reporting systems.
