Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on a contract basis to support our U.S.-based healthcare client.

In this role, you will focus on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across operational workflows. You will work closely with data, analytics, and operations teams to validate data inputs, perform quality checks, and support ongoing data operations and reporting processes.

This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured data, and confident communicating in English with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Quality Assurance:

  Review, validate, and audit data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reports.

• Data Operations Support:

  Support day-to-day data operations, including monitoring data flows, identifying discrepancies, and flagging issues for resolution.

• Data Entry & Maintenance:

  Perform accurate data entry and updates across tools such as spreadsheets, internal systems, and reporting platforms, following defined processes and standards.

• Quality Checks & Validation:

  Execute routine and ad-hoc quality checks on datasets used for reporting, dashboards, and operational decision-making.

• Process Adherence & Documentation:

  Follow established SOPs for data handling and contribute to improving documentation, checklists, and QA workflows.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  Work closely with analytics, operations, and client-facing teams to clarify requirements, report issues, and ensure timely resolution of data-related concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in data

• Data Entry & Data Ops: Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, or internal data systems

• English Communication: Clear spoken and written English; comfortable working with U.S.-based stakeholders

• Process-Oriented Mindset: Ability to follow defined workflows and quality standards consistently

• Basic Data Skills: Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; basic understanding of data validation concepts is a plus

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in a quality assurance, data operations, data entry, or similar role
