Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Department in time and out time should follow as per decided by personal and administration department. Line clearance and in process of manufacturing, primary and secondary packaging area. To check and verify issuance of packing material. To do issuance of shipper label and 2D Barcode in packaging department. To do cross verification of over printing proof. To strictly follow the GMP rules and regulation. To monitor compliance with GMP and GLP requirements. To check and ensure cleanliness in packing & Manufacturing department. To assist during audit preparation. To daily check temperature, Humidity, Equipment's log book, filter cleaning records, Magnehelic gauge report etc. Log books checking: insectocutor, balance calibration, RLAF log, sampling tools logs, temperature and humidity logs, filter cleaning, RLAF, Magnehelic gauge record. To do in process sampling for blend, Tablet, Capsules, Sachets, Swab, rinse sample, finished Goods and send to QC department for analysis. Responsible for proper handling of the IPQA equipment and do entry in respective log book. To perform sampling of Process validation batches. To perform sampling of hold time study batches. To check and verify Dispensing of the Raw materials and packing materials. Online BMR/ BPR entries. Deviation, NCR, incidence reporting. To ensure approved gowning nose mask and hand gloves. Shift schedule to be followed as per requirement. Secondary Responsibilities: Withdraw stability sample as per SOP. To do sampling of control sample. To review BMR & BPR. To check finished goods in BSR. Online monitoring in manufacturing and packaging area. Verification of received material quantity for RM/PM. Sampling as per SOP for RM/PM. To Verify Labeling for under test and approved for RM/PM. Dispensing requisition checked & Authorized. Calibration of balance as applicable. Left behind stock verification checked & label signed.
