We are known as the leading supplier to some of the very giant & known groups in the field of Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Flavour & Fragnance, Pesticides etc. We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and uphold our standards of excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance systems and processes in compliance with industry standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
• Oversee quality control testing, validation, and documentation for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and quality reports.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education

  : M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or B.Pharm from a recognized institution.

• Experience

  : 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) or pharmaceutical intermediates industry.
• Proven expertise in GMP, quality management systems, and regulatory audits.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality testing equipment and validation processes.

• CTC Range

  : ₹12 to 18 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.
