Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Bagru, Jaipur. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including the development and implementation of quality management systems, conducting quality audits, managing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Daily tasks include supervising QA teams, coordinating with production and engineering teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Skill:

  Minimum 8 years of experience in the Mono Carton packaging industry

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and Quality Control processes
• Experience in conducting quality audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and mentor QA teams
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production and engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
