COMPANY NAME: KANAIYA EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED JOB TITLE: QA Manager LOCATION: GANESHPURA (AT NANDASAN) near MEHSANA INDUSTRY: SPICES & PSYLLIUM PROCESSING AND EXPORTING SALARY: 30K-60K PER MONTH (DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Roles & Responsibilities – Quality Assurance Manager 1.    Prepare for and assist in internal, customer, and third-party audits (BRCGS, Organic, Buyer Audits). 2.    Handle customer complaints, product recalls, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action). 3.    Prepare and update SOPs, CCPs, PRPs as per food safety standards. 4.    Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA (US), EU regulations, BRCGS/ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP. 5.    Monitor and maintain quality standards for spices, oil seeds & psyllium products from raw material to finished goods. 6.    Conduct inspection, sampling, and testing (moisture, purity, microbial load, pesticide residues, etc.). 7.    Ensure adherence to export specifications (ASTA, ESA, ISO, APEDA, EU, USDA, NOP). 8.    Implement and monitor compliance with Organic Certification (NOP/NPOP/EU/USDA) standards. 9.    Maintain records of organic traceability, mass balance, and transaction certificates (TCs). 10. Coordinate with organic certifying bodies and handle audit requirements. 11. Monitor hygiene, pest control, sanitation, and GMP practices in processing areas. 12. Verify and approve raw material quality (seeds & spices) as per specifications. 13. Ensure supplier compliance with quality and organic standards. 14. Handle raw material rejection & corrective action in case of deviations. 15. Maintain quality records (COAs, batch reports, traceability documents). 16. Support in export documentation (quality certificates, organic TC). 17. Ensure product specifications meet buyer requirements in India & overseas (US, EU, Middle East, etc.). 18. Train production staff on quality standards, GMP, HACCP, and organic practices. 19. Work on continuous improvement projects to reduce quality defects.   Qualifications & Key Skills Required: •  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in quality control/assurance within food industry •  Knowledge of food safety systems (BRCGS, HACCP, GMP - ICHQ7).   • Understanding of organic certification (NOP/NPOP/EU/USDA). • Strong in testing methods for Spices & Psyllium (physical, chemical, microbiological). • Good documentation, audit, and compliance handling skills. • Problem-solving, communication, and team coordination abilities.
