Key Responsibilities: · Oversee quality control for molded plastic products. · Monitor and improve molding and die cycle times for efficiency. · Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards. · Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality & mold related issues. · Maintain documentation and inspection reports. Qualifications: · Hands-on experience in plastic injection molding or related processes. · Knowledge of die/mold operations and cycle time analysis. · Strong understanding of QC tools and methodologies. · Excellent communication and leadership skills.
