Quality Assurance Manager

Key responsibilities:

Process development and implementation:

Create, implement, and enforce quality control and assurance policies and procedures.

Team leadership:

Lead, manage, and train a team of quality control personnel, setting goals, and monitoring performance.

Quality monitoring and analysis:

Evaluate products and processes through audits, inspections, and tests; analyze data to monitor key quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Strong ability to lead a team, manage cross-functional members, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Problem-solving:

Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions using various quality tools.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with other departments like product development, engineering, and operations to integrate quality into the entire product lifecycle.

Documentation and reporting:

Develop and maintain quality documentation (test plans, reports, defect records) and provide performance reports to management.

Customer and regulatory compliance:

Engage with customers to gather feedback and address complaints, and ensure the company complies with all relevant government and industry standards.

Required skills and qualifications

Analytical and problem-solving skills:

Excellent ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

Attention to detail:

High level of accuracy and meticulousness in quality control tasks.

Technical knowledge:

Understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC) methods is often required.

Education & Experience:

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical engineerin is often preferred, other Professional certifications if any are desirable.

Experience is to be in the range of 10 to 12 years with strong acumen of fabrication & Painting process.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
