Role & responsibilities The primary responsibility of the QA Manager is esponsible for developing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) that ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards . Key duties include leading and training staff, conducting internal audits, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement across all three standards. In addition, they are responsible for identifying and eliminating any mistakes in Control Panel Assembly and wiring before offering to customers for Factory Acceptance Test/ Despatch. RESPONSIBILTIES System development and management: Develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) that incorporates ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). Leadership and training: Lead the quality team, train management and staff on the IMS requirements, and ensure all personnel are aware of their roles and responsibilities. Compliance and auditing: Conduct and manage internal audits to ensure the company's products, processes, and operations comply with all relevant ISO standards. Identify and report faults or non-compliance issues. Documentation: Maintain all required documentation for the management systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. External relations: Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies, ensuring the company meets all certification requirements. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Strong knowledge of quality assurance, environmental management, and occupational health and safety principles. Experience in developing and implementing management systems. Proficiency in auditing techniques.
