Quality Assurance Lead

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Applications to ensure that the QA/ Testing solutions are consistent with long-term business and applications directions.

• Maintain knowledge of current QA/ Testing methodologies and approaches to provide testing solutions.

• Liaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects – attending scrum review meeting and develop targeted test strategies and test cases.

• Develop test automation scripts and framework to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual testing.

• Plan, schedule and execute functional, integration and regression tests. • Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities.

• Manage and track defects, monitor and report resolutions.

• Assist on projects, assignments and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification in a related field • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing for CRM implementations and technical integrations, with a proven track record of interfacing with multiple teams of the organization • Strong knowledge in developing automated test scripts and setting up best practice tools, frameworks and process is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with employees at all levels.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) in CRM or related areas is an asset.
