IMMEDITATE JOINER Role - Senior AWS Glue Developer Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AWS Glue Developer to design and build scalable, event-driven data pipelines between AWS and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS Glue, AWS AppFlow, Athena, and Salesforce API integrations. You will be responsible for developing ETL workflows, managing large-scale data movement, and enabling seamless, secure data exchange across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Data Ingestion & Transformation: Design AWS Glue jobs to process files uploaded to Amazon S3 by external systems. Apply business rules to transform and conditionally map data, creating or updating multiple Salesforce records (e.g., Leads, Accounts, Contacts). Use AWS Athena to query and validate large datasets in S3 before and after Glue job execution. Salesforce Integration: Build bidirectional pipelines between AWS and Salesforce using AWS AppFlow , Glue , and Salesforce APIs (Bulk and REST). Use AppFlow to securely transfer Salesforce data into S3 and vice versa, leveraging built-in connectors and scheduling capabilities. Process bulk data from Salesforce using Glue, enrich or transform it, and upload results back to Salesforce. Orchestration & Automation: Configure Glue Workflows and Triggers to respond to: S3 Upload Events Time-based Schedules Custom Events via EventBridge or Step Functions Monitoring & Optimization: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using CloudWatch and SNS Optimize Glue performance and manage partitioned data for Athena queries. Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and audit logging. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with: AWS Glue (ETL, Workflows, PySpark) AWS AppFlow for secure Salesforce-AWS integrations AWS Athena for querying S3-stored data using SQL Proficient in: Amazon S3 , Lambda , EventBridge , Step Functions , IAM Salesforce integration using Bulk API , REST API Strong Python scripting experience Solid understanding of Salesforce object model , relationships, and upsert logic Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce Platform Events , Change Data Capture (CDC) , or MuleSoft Knowledge of AppFlow customization and data mapping configurations Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Glue (e.g., Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation) Exposure to data lake best practices , schema evolution , and Athena optimization Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Proficient in both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce and capable of leading a QA team to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom applications), and team management with strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing QA activities, mentoring team members, driving quality improvements, and ensuring transparent reporting of testing progress and metrics. The role is a permanent position based in India Responsibilities Test Strategy, Planning & Execution Lead the planning, creation, and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by analysing business requirements and technical specifications. Oversee functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities along with hands-on. Test Planning & Execution: Develop, document, and execute test cases and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by analyzing business requirements and technical specifications. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and mentor the QA team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables. Defect & Quality Management Oversee the defect lifecycle, ensuring proper logging, prioritization, and closure using organization standards & processes. Automation Guide the team in identifying Regression suitable for automation and build test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or others. Maintain and optimize existing automation suites to improve efficiency. Reporting & Communication Prepare QA metrics and progress updates to senior management. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Prepare test summary reports and metrics to track testing progress and outcomes. Qualifications: 6+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years in Salesforce testing. Strong functional and technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom applications, Experience cloud). Experience testing integration tools like Mulesoft or Boomi. Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management tools. Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman/ swagger or any other tool. Automation experience with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is highly desirable. Proven experience in leading QA teams, managing workloads, and delivering on timelines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Fluent and effective communication skills, capable of managing discussions with stakeholders and reporting to leadership. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a strong plus.
