Key Responsibilities :
We’re Hiring QA Lead
● Lead the QA function across projects — from test planning to release sign-off.
● Define and implement QA processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
● Create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and UX requirements.
● Conduct and oversee manual, automation, functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
● Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
● Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure early detection and resolution of defects.
● Track and report key quality metrics, identify risk areas, and propose preventive measures.
● Mentor and upskill QA engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
● Ensure that every release aligns with the UX quality benchmarks Divami is known for. Requirements & Key Skills MUST HAVE
● 5–9 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
● Strong expertise in manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
● Experience in UI/UX validation, cross-browser and cross-device testing.
● Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
● Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and CI/CD integration.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● A strong eye for detail — ensuring that even the smallest UI interactions meet UX expectations. ● Strong experience in system architecture, APIs, and microservices handling large concurrent transactions.
● Hands-on experience in performance tuning, scalability, and fault-tolerant architecture.
● Proficient in one or more modern tech stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C++).
● Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Experience in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) or security testing basics.
● Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).
● Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and tools. ● ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
