Quality Assurance Lead

As a Lead - Quality Assurance at our client location in Noida, you will be expected to bring your 8+ years of experience to the table. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge and implementation skills in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). You should possess a good understanding and working knowledge of JavaScript and Python, along with experience in database concepts and SQL Testing. Additionally, you will be working with tools such as Postman for API testing and Git and Jenkins for integration. Your responsibilities will include: - Involvement in creating Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Design documentations, and converting them into Test Scenarios - Designing performance scenarios, executing scripts, and monitoring performance tests - Performing various phases of Testing including Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Application Testing, Web Services Testing, and Database Testing - Executing Test cases based on module readiness and scheduling framework execution using Continuous Integration tools - Participating in de-briefing and kick-off meetings - Managing testing cycles, creating test plans, developing scripts, and coordinating user acceptance testing - Planning and tracking tasks among the team, providing daily status updates to stakeholders - Conducting Sanity tests after each build update and preparing reports for all executed tests To be successful in this role, you should have a proactive approach towards testing and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
