We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Quality Assurance Lead – Automation (Employee Health & Benefits Domain) We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead with a strong background in automation testing and deep domain expertise in Employee Health and Benefits. This role will be instrumental in driving the quality strategy and ensuring the reliability of our platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, design robust test automation frameworks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. We will count on you to: -Lead the QA strategy and manage test planning, execution, and reporting across projects. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure clear understanding of requirements. - Implement best practices for automation frameworks, test processes, and tools. - Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing based on impact and criticality. - Mentor QA team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and benefit-related standards. What you need to have: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - Master’s degree or specialized training in software testing or QA methodologies is a plus. Certifications: - ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent. - Certified in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). - Certifications in healthcare IT (e.g., CPHIMS) or Employee Benefits are a strong advantage. Minimum 5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience with automation frameworks and tools. - Mandatory domain experience in Employee Health and Benefits, with strong knowledge of related regulatory requirements.
