- Conducting incoming material inspections as per company standards - Handling in-process quality checks on the production line - Performing defect & root cause analysis using 7 QC tools - Maintaining records & reports using SAP and Excel - Collaborating with suppliers for quality issue resolution - Supporting internal audits, 5S, and Kaizen activities Technical Skills - SAP - MS Excel - 7 QC Tools Additional Skills & Knowledge - Performed 5 Why Analysis for defect investigation - Knowledge of PPM (Parts Per Million) calculation and reduction - Experience in preparing and implementing Control Plans - Third-party test verification and deviation monitoring - Understanding of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) – internal calculation methods - Applied Poka Yoke (error proofing) techniques on shop floor - Participated in Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement - Worked on rejection reduction strategies - Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions - Conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring quality issues Show more Show less
